Siege of Meaux Castle in Darien

Hi all,
Here are a few photos from yesterday’s Castle Siege game in Darien.  The schools are on winter break, so a lot of regulars are away on vacation.  In any case, we played the Siege of Meaux, which ended in 1422.  We used some special scenario rules to account for the general illness of the besieging English troops.  In fact, Henry V became so ill during this siege, that he died a few months later in August 1422.
The library director came down during the game and let me know that we are a go for their new adult gaming program.  The first event will be an AWI game in late April.  I gave her the theme and information for Historicon, so she will include that with her advertising.
